Price Match Guarantee

We work hard to keep our prices fair. If you find the same product for less from another US seller, let us know and we will do our best to match it.

Step 1
Find a lower price
Spot the same product for less at another US retailer or distributor.
Step 2
Send us the details
Fill in the form with the competitor's link, price and the quantity you need.
Step 3
We check it
Our team confirms the price and availability, usually within one business day.
Step 4
Save on your order
If approved, we email you a matched price or a discount code for your order.

What qualifies

The same product (same brand, item, flavor, size and pack count). Similar items can be reviewed case by case.
The item is in stock and available to buy at the competitor at the time of your request.
The price is publicly listed, or shown on a written quote you can share with us.
Compare the total cost: include the competitor's shipping, handling and any minimum order.

What we cannot match

Auctions, marketplace sellers without a business listing, used, damaged or expired items.
Clearance, closeout, limited-quantity, bundle or membership-only prices.
Prices that come from pricing errors or coupons we cannot verify.
Orders that have already shipped.

Good to know

Price matches apply to new orders. Ask before you check out so we can apply the matched price.
Wholesale and business accounts may already have special pricing; we will compare against your account price.
We may limit quantities, and PackThisMeal decides whether a request qualifies.
Prefer email? Write to hello@packthismeal.com with the subject “Price Match Request”, the competitor link or screenshot, the quantity and your ZIP code.
